Laying The Foundation For A Successful Partnership

A successful project depends on finding the right match between the client, project, and contractor. We believe in open and honest communication to build strong relationships.

It all starts with the first call, where we discuss your goals and objectives for your remodel and the contractor partnership. We also share our approach to the design, development, and execution of the work. If Ranney Blair Weidmann is a fit for you, an introduction package is mailed, and the first meeting is scheduled.

1.

Reach Out

Call us or fill out our contact form to describe the project you have in mind.

6.

10.

Very convenient place to get to across from SM. Good parking space sizes. Inside has a good vibe. We had breakfast.. which was... Have to say delicious will everything cooked just right. Not 5 stars review because there is no sink or toilet in the place itself they are in the block outside.. overall still very good

Nothing fancy of elegant about this place, but the coffee and food are top notch. The floor is exposed concrete, the walls are exposed concrete and the benches are concrete with pillows to sit in. Went here on a Saturday morning about 11:30 with a few tables occupied and ordered a couple coffees and breakfast. We ordered a Spanish Latte, a Hazelnut Latte, the Bacon breakfast and the Corned Beef breakfast. Prices were reasonable, friendly and helpful staff, and a clean restaurant. Our coffees were bold and flavorful and both meals were exactly as we hoped for. Best bacon I’ve had here in the Philippines. Free WiFi and clean bathrooms outside the restaurant, but in the same building. If you haven’t been here, you need to give it a try!

Office-type vibe but with good ambience. Food is priced quite high, I think they offer the most expensive Caffe Americano in town at P165 😅 Service is okay but I think the staff can be more sensitive with the ambience they're creating (they're playing loud music in their phones, louder than the background music of their coffee shop). We had this Korean Egg Roll priced at P150, again it's a bit pricey for maybe 2 - 3 scrambled eggs plus a few sheets of Nori. But my wife and I enjoyed a good talk in this place, especially in their sofa. 😊

Nice small coffee shop with limited but nice menu. Their jazzy background music makes you mellow down and enjoy the ambiance. They also provide free wifi. In addition, they have a private VIP ROOM where you can hold seminars company presentation and other such events. for 5000 thousand pesos, the restaurant will provide you food and beverage equal to that amount.

Overall experience is great. The bev that I ordered tasted like heaven on a cup.Ambiance is alright could use a bit more sound dampening on their ceiling, you can easily eavesdrop on the adjacent tables.Crew was on top of their game.I'd come back to try their other offerings.
