Project Summary

Project Type: Full Primary Bedroom + Bathroom Renovation

This project was a challenge from every angle — especially layout changes, electrical rerouting, and plumbing work. The primary bedroom required major demolition and reconfiguration to create a more functional space.

We closed the old walk-in closet entrances from the bathroom and opened a new entry from the primary bedroom. A niche was built for the new wardrobe, which was partially expanded by taking space from the adjoining bedroom closet and finishing it flush with the wall for a clean look.

All floors were leveled, new engineered wood flooring installed, and the room was completely updated with new wall moldings, baseboards, and crown molding. The crown also includes curtain pockets and a hidden pocket for the projector screen. Behind the bed, we installed upholstered panels with remote-controlled LED lighting.

The electrical layout was redesigned throughout the bedroom, closet, and bathroom, along with new AC vents and improved lighting.

In the bathroom, new decorative wood beams were installed along with custom-made wooden pocket doors and wardrobe doors. One of the highlights is the large walk-in wet area, featuring a new freestanding tub and a shower with a rain head and thermostatic valve. A new arched niche with wooden shelves and LED lighting enhances the spa-like feel.

Custom floating vanities with under-cabinet lighting and wall-mounted faucets were built, along with a detailed travertine stone floor layout, extensive tile and stone work, and a frameless sliding shower system.

A complex renovation with many moving parts — upgraded, reimagined, and transformed into a warm, modern, and highly functional retreat.
